Why we started PBLTC?
Once we started eating a Plant-Based diet we immediately began to see results...more energy, leaner muscle development, positive attitude, elimination of joint pain, and faster recovery from athletic workouts. In parallel, we began to learn more about the health benefits of eating Plant-Based such as prevention and some cases treatment of the leading killers of Americans (Heart Disease, Cancer, Stroke, Diabetes). But what we find most surprising about our journey is the Lack of Knowledge and Local Resources for Plant-Based Nutrition.
