Many common diseases you may have seen in your family or friends are largely preventable, and in many cases even reversible with some simple lifestyle changes.

Do you or someone you know have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, kidney stones, eczema, heartburn or arthritis?  In this seminar Dr. Breakey will explore how you can prevent, and in many cases even reverse the often devastating consequences of these and many other ailments that are common in America, but quite rare in parts of the world where “health is the norm” well into their 90s.  They say: “A person with their Health has a thousand dreams, and a person without their Health has only one…”.  Experience vitality, improved work and athletic performance, better sleep and greater resistance to acute illness by choosing a health supporting lifestyle that brings freedom, expands your opportunities and “adds years to your life and life to your years.

Our health care system in America is in a state of crisis. It is increasingly clear that we must pursue a major shift in how we approach the prevention and treatment of chronic disease.  In this session, Dr. Breakey will explore how supporting patients and communities in adopting a Plant Based Lifestyle leads to dramatically better outcomes, including an enhanced experience of care, fewer side effects from treatment protocols and a lower cost of care.
